Terms of sale

1. Prices are not negotiable.

2. Orders should be placed by email, and we will endeavour to reply you on stock availability within 24 hours and item ordered would be "Reserved". Delivery options will be arranged by subsequent exchange of emails and thereafter the order shall be deemed "Confirmed".

4. Serious buyers only. No backing out after confirmation. If you are no longer interested, we would appreciate it if you can inform us asap.

5. Items are sold at a "first come, first served" basis. We allow reservation up to a maximum of 2 days only (inclusive the reservation date). Where an item that has been reserved, the word "Reserved for ....." would appear beside the item, and you may purchase the item if you are able to confirm your mode of payment and delivery before the item is confirmed with the first reserving party. It is our policy to deliver the best to all :)

6. All items are brand new. Once payment has been made, risk shall pass to the buyer and we are not responsible for any loss or damages during delivery. ** All items will be sent out the next working day upon payment is received.

7. There is no refund or exchange.

8. Postage fee will be borne by the buyer.

9. Payment must be settled ( Maybank2u transfer) by close of business on the day after confirmation of an item or we will release the item other buyers.

10.Kindly give us the credits if you republish our pictures somewhere else. Thanks.

11. We require an advance payment to restock a(n) item(s) to avoid last minute backing out. However, refund shall be made to the buyer if item is not restockable. **Please take note that, we will only be able to restock any restockable item on every Friday.
